Booking & Payment Policy
All bookings must be confirmed and paid in advance unless otherwise stated in writing. Public tours and ticketed events require full payment at the time of booking. Private group services may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due prior to service. Prices are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Ticketed Tours & Events
Tickets for public tours and special events are sold on a per-person basis and are subject to limited availability. Seating is not guaranteed until payment is received. Tour details, including pickup location and timing, are provided after booking. Tour itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, traffic conditions, or operational considerations.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund policies vary by tour or event and are disclosed at the time of booking. Refund eligibility and applicable deadlines are listed on the event’s booking page. Missed departures, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds. Refunds are not issued for delays or changes caused by weather, traffic conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If a tour or event is canceled by Moramel Coach Lines, guests will be notified and issued a refund or credit as applicable.

Changes & Modifications
Moramel Coach Lines reserves the right to make reasonable changes to schedules, routes, pickup locations, or itineraries when necessary for safety or operational reasons. Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible.

Guest Responsibility
Guests are responsible for arriving at the designated pickup location on time, reviewing all pre-trip communications, and following onboard safety instructions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the tour or service without refund.

Private Group Services
Private group tours and charter services are subject to separate agreements and terms. Quotes are valid for a limited time unless otherwise stated. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on timing and scope. Cancellation terms for private services will be outlined in the applicable service agreement.

Liability & Safety
Moramel Coach Lines operates in accordance with applicable safety regulations and industry standards. Guests travel at their own risk and are responsible for their personal belongings. Moramel Coach Lines is not liable for lost or stolen items.
