What types of trips do you provide transportation for?

We provide charter bus transportation for school field trips, church groups, weddings, family reunions, corporate travel, conventions, and theme park transportation throughout Central Florida and beyond.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, peak seasons, and holidays. While we can sometimes accommodate short notice requests, at least 7 days’ notice is preferred.

Is a deposit required to reserve a bus?

Yes. A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the date of departure.

Can I cancel or receive a refund?

Trips may be canceled at any time. Deposits are non-refundable. Additional payments may be eligible for a refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before departure.

Is smoking or alcohol allowed on the bus?

No. For safety, cleanliness, and passenger comfort, smoking and alcohol are not permitted on any Moramel Coach Lines vehicles.

Are your drivers CDL certified?

Yes. All Moramel drivers hold a valid CDL Class A or Class B license with passenger endorsement and operate in full compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations.

Can we play music or videos during the trip?

Yes. Many of our coaches are equipped with onboard entertainment systems. You’re welcome to bring your own music or DVDs. Availability may vary by vehicle, so please confirm with your booking representative.

Do you offer ADA or wheelchair-accessible buses?

ADA accommodations may be available upon request. Please let us know during the booking process if you require a wheelchair-accessible vehicle so we can plan accordingly.

Do you operate out of state?

Yes. Moramel Coach Lines is authorized for interstate travel and can accommodate charter trips throughout the Southeast and beyond.

Can we bring food or drinks on the bus?

Yes. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are allowed as long as passengers clean up after themselves. Glass containers and open alcohol are not permitted.

What happens if a bus breaks down?

Our vehicles are professionally maintained and routinely inspected. In the unlikely event of a mechanical issue, we have roadside assistance and dispatch support in place to minimize delays.

How many passengers can your buses hold?

Our full-size motorcoaches can seat up to 56 passengers comfortably and include space for luggage.

Do your buses have Wi-Fi or power outlets?

Some of our newer coaches offer onboard Wi-Fi and charging ports. Availability varies by vehicle, so please confirm when booking.
